Want to get some feedback visually on your website. They can highlight certain portion and provide notes. Therefore it would be easy for your user to highlight some spelling error or specifically telling you a part of your link is not working on your website. You can also blackout areas where you display some personal information on the screen, so they are not sent to the website owner.
